Attorney Phillip A. Tordella has extensive experience with all aspects of civil and business litigation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all state and local courts in Pennsylvania. Attorney Tordella is also admitted to practice before the federal courts in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He participates in jury and non-jury trials, as well as alternate dispute resolution (ADR) methods such as arbitration and mediation.
Attorney Kathleen A. Kane is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and is licensed to practice before all state and local courts in Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
